We came across a number of good reviews for West Coast Flooring on Houzz when looking for installation ideas and contractor recommendations. After talking to both Tunuja at their office and Abel who is the installer, we decided to move forward with then because we appreciated their open and direct information in terms of materials selection, what they are able to offer based on existing features in our house. There was a materials delivery delay due to Covid, but both Tunuja and Abel helped to work out a schedule that allowed us to have the new floors installed before new year 2021. We appreciated very much their responsiveness, overall quality as they described, and willingness to follow up on details per our request after the installation. We highly recommend their services.

					  Went in to get quotes at 10am. They were closed even though their business hours open earlier at 9. The next day I went in and the guys there completely ignored the presence of us while 2 others sat down and played bingo or some type of board game that was much more important any business I guess. So one of the guys pointed out where the selection of laminated were and said he would help us out after he finishes the game. 10 minutes go by and yet another guy joined their 3 party game. Thank you to the owners for showing great interest in your cash ready customers. I'm surprised you guys are in business.

					  What a disaster. They were contracted through Costco flooring. Job was delayed, I had to get linoleum removed on my own even though their quote included all floor prep and removal. They pulled the old carpet and when they discovered linoleum, they abandoned the job half way asking for me to get the removal done before they returned to finish the job.

					  Great local small business owners delivering the custom quality and personal touch that I want from a small company, at competitive prices. The owner, Ebrahim, and his office manager Tenuja we're super helpful and thorough.  They were knowledgeable, efficient and patiently helped me work through the details of my project. I observed that they had a good relationship with the vendor of the wood that I selected. My order was delivered as expected. At one point I had a last-minute change; they were able to accommodate me with minimal expense. It's been four months now and my floors are beautiful! What more can I ask?
